カニャス＝ドーピング野郎？

でもね、CAS（スポーツ仲裁裁判所）によれば、カニャスの体から禁止薬物が検出された件については、カニャスには何の過失もないんだよ。

いや、過失はあった。大会オフィシャルだかが渡してくれたクスリが処方箋通りのものかどうか確認するのを怠ったんでした。

ATPがドーピング違反と認定したからドーピング違反だ・・・というロジックはわかる。
ならば、公的機関であるCASが「過失によって禁止物質が体に入った」としたなら、少なくともcheater扱いするのはやめてほしい。

それに、”his style of play would lend itself to the benefits of performance-enhancing drugs. The guy runs ALL DAY.”って・・・。それじゃ、３０歳をとっくに過ぎてても人間とは思えないフィットぶりだったアメリカンヒーローはどうなのさ？　もちろん、そのヒーローからは禁止物質なんか検出されてませんけど。
